Quote from: undefinedWell, let me just write to you that last night's Star Party was very successful. Everyone who announced that they would come came, and more people came than we expected. According to some of my estimates, I thought there would be around 10-12 of us maximum, however, our Russian and Belarusian friends surprised us very positively when they showed up with three vehicles, one of which is a minivan hehe Katerina brought fourteen more people with her, and Aleksey brought his son. We also had a friend from China. There were thirty of us in total. THIRTY Are you guilty now, that you are reading this and you were debating whether to come or not, because you didn't come. There were also visualists and astrophotographers. Both experienced and less experienced amateur astronomers. Everyone who was there had the opportunity to look through the telescope, some of them for the first time. We tried to make everyone have a good time and even though we didn't always understand each other the best because of the language barrier, we managed to find a common language again in the form of a love for astronomy. I hope that everyone who was there had a good time as I did and that they will join us again at one of the next Star Parties.
