Explanation: Shining brightly in the east at dawn, Venus dominates the sky in this view over a suburban landscape from Bursa, Turkey. An otherwise familiar scene for astronomer Tunc Tezel, his composite picture of the morning sky recorded on March 2nd also includes a surprise visitor to the inner solar system, Comet Pojmanski. Cataloged as C/2006 A1, the comet was discovered on January 2nd by Grzegorz Pojmanski of Warsaw University Astronomical Observatory in Poland. At the time very faint and tracking through southern skies, the comet has now moved north and grown just bright enough to be a good target for early-rising skygazers with binoculars. Enhanced and framed in this picture, the comet's tail has also grown to a length of several degrees. The comet will be at its closest approach to planet Earth, just over 100 million kilometers away, on March 5. For northern hemisphere observers in the next few days, the beginning of morning twilight really will be the best time to spot Comet Pojmanski.

Ovo je slika dana ocigledno da se kometa moze videti.
A imamo i lepo objasnjenje u novom broju casopisa.
Mislim da bi ovo moglo biti izazov za nase Astrofotkase.
Stvarno bi se obradovao kada bi to neko uspeo.

Ali nisu napisali ni gde je snimano, ni kako. To se od apod-a nije dalo ocekivati

Nije slika toliko bitna.
Najbitnija je informacija koja slika donosi a to je da se kometa moze videti.
Nadam se da cemo je svi uociti.

Problem je sto nas vreme odnosno oblaci totalno ........

Pa jel bi to moglo da se uslika sa canon ixusom cetvorkom  ili nikonom 3200 ?

Sesta magnituda. Samo ako ispred imas dobru aparaturu. I ako ima manualne komande na aparatu. Ali i tad nije to objekat koji dozvoljava bilo kakvo okidanje na aparatu.

Comet Pojmanski, C/2006 A1, had grown a long tail by March 1st; binoculars observers were reporting seeing it as much as 5° to 8° long. This frame is about 3° high. Michael Mattiazzo in Australia took this image on February 28, 2006, using a Canon 300D digital camera and a 200-mm telephoto lens. He stacked two exposures of 2 minutes each.
